Boston Butt... Boneless?
Finally going to try pulled pork. The butt came boneless. Will that work?

Yes it will work. Cook it is the same manor as you would a butt with a bone. It may take a little longer however. Enjoy your pulled pork, and let us know how it turns out.

I did a boneless picnic once. Pulled it out of the net sack, and seasoned all over, then rolled back up and shoved back in the net. It worked well...but I prefer the bone-in. One nice aspect was that the seasonings were throughout.[p]Is yours stuffed into a sack??
