<p />i was following a recipe to make linguica, but the test sample was horrible. ended up adding a bunch of stuff for a more spicy type chourico patty that was egged on my griddle plate. not bad with braised cabbage.i need to look into a meat grinder with bigger plates than my kitchen aid has
