Better the 2nd time around

Cooked a 19lb picnic this past weekend. 22 hours with hickory smoke, mustard, and corse Dizzy Dust. It was pretty good and the family enjoyed it.

The leftovers lastnight were outstanding. Something happened overnight in the fridge.
I made a sandwich with Stubbs spicy sauce and Jamaican Firewalk and it was out of this world good. Less 'piggy' tasting than when it was fresh off the grill.

Oh, and I changed my handle from mast3quila to HayHonker. My last name is Strawhorn. Get it? :huh:
