need help cooking venison on BGE.

anyone have a good recipe for venison tenderloin and what would you get the internal temp to make sure it is well done?

    The following link contains many recipes for venison. Hopefully you will find something of use there. Myself, I like to cut the tenderloin into thick steaks and cook at high temp like a filet mignon. Best steak you will ever eat (unless you can get your hands on some antelope which puts ol Bambi to shame).
