I need a great meatloaf recipe...please help!

Hi dixielanddelights,[p]2 tea butter
2 lbs ground chuck
1/4 lb ground sausage (I use Italian home made)
1/4 lb ground veal
1 small onion chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
1 T garlic minced
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup bread crumbs
course salt & fresh ground pepper to taste.
1/2 T Italian seasoning
2 T Chaka Sauce
mix well & shape into a loaf & put on greased (Pam) foil
brush Tiger Sauce on outside
Egg @ 350 for about an hour or so.

this one is our favorite that I have been making for two years now. I use a wire meat loaf basket for full smoke absorption, but just laying it out so all but the bottom is exposed works also. BTW I cut the recipe in half for just the two of us. In our home I call this recipe "not your Mother's meatloaf"!!!

If you're a meatloaf lover and don't try this you have no idea what you're missing! I had it at Eggfest 2000 and just can't put any other meatloaf in my mouth now without thinking about it.

Sorry for not responding sooner, busy.
Chaka's Original Recipe is what I use.
Someone recommended it to me & I've been using it for a while. Don't remember who.
But it's tasty.
