pork tenderloins

last evening the gang gathered - i smoked the tenderloins using cat's honey mustard recipe - marinated all day - smoked at 300 - removed from small egg when temp reached 140 - very nice

    Maybe you could freeze a bite or two & we can sample in Oct. You did not say aprox how long it stayed in the egg for. Thanks

    Earl,[p]It might be fun, once we finish our main cooks, to pick up some quick-to-Egg items like tenderloins, chicken breasts etc. and improvise. [p]Or we can just kick back and drink more beer. [p]Can't wait to see you and Barb again -[p]Cathy

    two packgaes of loin - a bit less than 4 lbs. - four strips of pork - i am not sure about the time but less that one hour - looking forward to seeing you and barbs in a few weeks[p]
