dizzy pig rub on ribs??
I was judging at the rockingham contest and dizzy pig was there. bought a few rubs, dizzy dust and raging river.[p]Im puttin some ribs on my egg shortly, and would like to try this out
any ideas on what sauce commercial or homeade that would go well to finish? I really like the taste of this rub, cant wait to see how it finishes[p]also, on a big egg ,how do you do two racks? roll em or cut them in half and rack em?[p]game time is coming up

You're right; the rub(s) are great and for me don't need finishing sauces. We just leave some sauces out for dipping for those who wish. Rolling or cutting works fine.

benny,[p]I usually use 1/2 red bbq sauce (e.g. Open Pit Regular) and 1/2 Thick and bold bbq sauce (e.g. Bullseye thick and bold). I put it in a sauce pan warm it up. I cut the ribs into individual bones to sauce them and finish in the egg.[p]E
