Jim,
You seem to be well connected to the (Heaven help me for this!and I say that with more than a slight amount of humor!) WSM cooker and its "finer points", maybe you can help us out! The question about using black walnut as a wood for smoking or grilling flavor. One of the other forum users said it would/could impart a bitter taste in the meat. Any truth to this? I got on a couple of other question & answer sites and no one seemed to be the least concerned that this could/would happen! Your input would be greatly appreciated![p]Thanks, Dr. Chicken[p]p.s.: pardon me for using the forum to contact you, but I could not find an e-mail address for you!
