<p />Thirdeye gave me some tips on roasting nuts. I made pecan smoked chipotle almonds and peanuts. Turned out excellent.

Used a perforated pizza pan for two separate batches of nuts, one with garlic oil binder the other with egg white binder. I prefer the egg white binder.
