Shrimp/sausage recipe request

Hooters did a shrimp and sausage appetizer thing at eggfest 2005. Anyone have recipe or temps,direct/indirect and spices for this::[p]Thanks, Bob

no takers on this one, but went full steam ahead with Ken's Witchy Red on a small indirect using Chubby's Grate Mates at 375. for about 10 minutes. Yummy.
