Went to the BBQ comp. Sat. and had a great time Big green egg and ham team had a killer brisket, I think 5th place and Buttrub.com was Grand Chap. 96 teams cooking for UCP.

    gonehunting, Just walked in the door after a Sunday ride back from Mobile. We had a great time and it was a great contest even though we got our clock cleaned. Three all EGG Teams and one heck of a bunch of BIGTIME teams. We are already planning what we need to do and plan to make it a five day event next year. The contest folks did a fantastic job and a great location with power, water, and sewer hookup at most every site.[p]Dan also took a second in sauce. Going to Moultrie with Dan to help him do a M.I.M. Next weekend. [p]Poppasam
