just bought from sams a big package of pork ribs. it is the whole thing with what i understand is the brisket part still atached somewhere i saw how to trim this part off to just do the ribs for a better presentation but can't find where i saw it could someone help me out also i sure enjoy the forum and am slowly trying to enjoy my medium egg thanks
