bob cannon,[p]This is the one that came to me from Page at the Waldorf Fest. May not be exactly the one you saw, but it certainly disappeared there! [p][p]Sausage mixture:
2 lbs Jimmy Dean sausage (1 hot, 1 regular)
    16 ounces 3 cheese shredded
    5 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    2 eggs (beat)
1 tbsp parsley flakes[p]Brown sausage, drain, cool. Mix with remaining ingredients.[p]Crust:
Jiffy Mix (meat roll on back of box) - double recipe.[p]Roll ½ sausage mixture into each loaf, 14 x 12.
    Brush with egg white.
Bake 350 degree - until brown.
The crust was a blue box that said Jiffy mix on it and on the back in the center of the box is a meat roll recipe.....that is the crust mixture I used.

bob cannon,[p]Here is the one your talking about I beleive. It was from SSN686. I have tried it, and found I needed more egg and less cheese but it sure was tasty.
    [ul][li]Found it here[/ul]

Morning Master Mason:[p]Thanks for linking to the recipe! My much better half normally puts it together and I bake it. She always uses two eggs where I usually use only one if I put everything together. [p]One thing about the recipe is that it doesn't spell out the setup for an Egg. I normally cook it in a bundt pan on the platesetter (feet down). Recently I have found that cooking at a temp of 375 to 400 works better also. The cook time of 40 to 45 minutes is still right.[p]Have a GREAT day!
