Although the cheaper cut chuck steak has really good flavor, is there a way to Egg this cut of meat and make it tender?[p]Chef Jerry

Jwirlwind, if about 1-1½" thick marinate/brine overnight. Cook indirect at 250° for approx 3 hours or until 180°-185° internal.
