My friends are all catching more salmon in Lake Michigan than they can eat. * I have brined some and have it ± 225? . Any idea how long it might take? I'm getting sleepy.... JCA[p]* Thanks, Carl!

J Appledog,[p]I do skin-on fillets at 225 and they take a little less than an hour. Brining will probably cut the time a bit.[p]Too much fresh salmon - nice problem to have![p]Cathy

Thanks, Cat; I didn't get much sleep last night but wanted to get the salmon done to take to a Pinot tasting tomorrow evening. JCA
