Pulled Pork - thanks!!
Hey folks,[p]I just finished "pulling" my boston butt. I'm really happy at how my inaugural "long" burn went. I want to thank everyone for his or her words and encouragement on my previous post. Being a new egger, I was worried about running out of time. It was 5lbs. and took 19 hours - I'll have to remember that one. I'm on my way out the door on a date with the wife and everyone's happy![p]I would like to serve this for lunch after church tomorrow. Could I put it in a crock-pot or should I wait until we get home and use the microwave method I have read about on the forum. Thanks again!![p]Wade

Wade, I prefer the microwave - 30% power for 5 to 7 minues.

Wade, crockpot for pulled-pork? That's definately a sin Wade. God will get you for that! But it is o.k. for leftover slow egged-butt.
