Stir Fry

My friend was telling me he saw something about doing stir fry on the BGE on the forum. I thought he told me I could order a wok to fit the Egg on this site, but I do not see them. Can anyone help? I would like to try stir fry on my Egg.

I bought one at Lowes last week for 10 dollars,it was in the BBQ section and it just will fit in the small egg.

While in Toronto's Chinatown, I picked up a nice hand-pounded iron wok (for $15 Canadian). After seasoning with lard, I found it works very well with no sticking. It holds heat well, and gets real hot. Like my cast iron stuff, it gets cleaned with no soap or scouring pads. [p]I have used it only on the stove, but see no reason why it wouldn't work well on the egg.[p]If you live near a city with a sizeable Asian population, you might check some of the markets for the real thing. We have a non-stick aluminum wok that sucks. Just a wok-shaped junky frynig pan that doesn't hold heat very well. Might as well stay away from aluminum for a wok.[p]Good luck!

BBQ Buddy,[p]Hey dude. I'm one of the guys who started stir frying on the bge. I go mine from: http://www.outdoorhome.com/grillingaccessories.asp. They are super helpful and seem to be a major bge outfitter. Make sure you tell'em which size egg you have, as the woks come in different sizes. Make sure you share your recipes once you start wokking.
