Bread on the Small

<p />A lot of discussion this week on pizza stones and the small so I thought I'd bake some bread today to go with the pastrami and turkey I smoked last night. Sunny and 22 today, so it's a nice day to sit out with a beverage and smell some smoke.[p]I have the 10 inch stones Old Dave has recommended for the small in the past for baking, but also have a set of Evan's Grate Mates and a 12 inch stone. Haven't used them for baking yet so I thought I'd give it a go. [p]Thing I thinks makes the biggest difference with Chubby's setup is getting higher into the dome, past the opening. Work's great ... [p]
