thirdeye,
Firewalk on boneless, skinless thighs are one of my family's favorites. Then we dip them in some sauce. What are those fatties over them?

thirdeye,
What do you do with those fatties after they are done? I know you eat them, but do you mix them into other things, or just eat a bunch of sausage all at once? They look great.

LOG,[p]Those fatties are breakfast sausage, I'm taking them to work today. You barbecue them until 170° and then wrap in foil for at least an hour with a touch of appple juice.[p]I put some pictures in the reply to Crab leg.[p]~thirdeye~

thirdeye,[p]Those fatties look awesome. I have to make them. Could I mix my own sausage instead of grinding, as I do not have the capability to grind...yet?

Dos Huevos,[p]Sure, your own recipe(s) using ground pork works great. These were kind of a spur of the moment deal to cook and take in to work and are store-bought JD brand. They have the biggest selection of flavors. The maple are really good. Watch out for the extra hot ones![p]Wrapping in foil keeps them moist and I slice the next morning. They reheat great in the microwave.[p]~thirdeye~

thirdeye,[p]That sounds awesome and I assure you that those are gonna get made either friday or saturday for the weekend.[p]YUMMY!![p]Todd

PS It is important to wrap in foil and rest for at least an hour before slicing.[p]~thirdeye~
