Looking for the corn starch Chicken recipe

I have 5 chicken breasts that I want to prepare for a cook tomorrow. Actually the wife is attempting her second cook and I heard so much about this corn starch thing I thought she should give it a try.

Does anybody have a recipe or some guidelines to follow when preparing and cooking this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
