How many days a week do you not cook on the egg?

Just a little question, wondering how many days a week most people typically do not cook on their egg a week.[p]I went for a streach when I wasn't cooking at all, the last few months, but typically I cook on it 3-4 times a week, and now that I am married again and will have a house full of kids all the time, I am expecting that number to rise.

  • MasterMason,[p]Oklahoma is under a statewide burn ban, and I haven't used my BGE since Christmas Day! So I'm freaking out![p]Before that, I wouldn't be lying if I told you I cooked on the Egg at least 4 times a week! I love that thing!

  • SuperDave,[p]I have a $600 Webber Gasser that hasn't been used since I bought the egg, other than to sit my platesetter on top of, and the MAPP torch underneath. I am not sure why I keep it still to be honest.
  • MasterMason,
We refer to that as a very expensive BBQ Tool holder. LOL!

  • MasterMason,
I read your question and couldn't come up with a number. It just seems so routine now to cook dinner on the Egg. But I suppose I could say 3 to 6 times a week. We eat out a lot too so some weeks it is closer to 3 or 4. And yesterday I had salmon going on my small and veggies going in the wok on the large. Would tht count as 2 times? [p]Wonder if Michaelangilo counted all his masterpieces?[p]Good question.[p]Spring "Doubling My Efforts To Be Almost Perfect" Chicken
