Country Style Ribs

Working on second time cooking on new egg. Having country style ribs, do I cook indirect or direct. using recipe in manual. looking for simple way for first time doing this. Thanks

    Howdy New Egger,
    First thing you have to do is figure out if what you have is cut from the shoulder end or the loin end. I wrote up the way I do 'em on the egg a couple years back, and you might find the pictures and story helpful...click the link below.[p]I like them direct best. It is really pretty simple....just so long as your fire doesn't get too hot. Hope it helps, and happy cookin!
