"Uncle Bill's Pulled Pork"...time estimates?

Well, it looks like we're in for a nice cool weekend(finally!). I'd like to cook a pork shoulder this weekend, for pulled pork. Looking at the Recipe section, one of the pulled pork recipes suggests cooking at 275...Has anyone tried it at this higher temp, and how long does it take, at 275? Any comments appreciated!

Patrick in Minnesota,[p]Figure 2.5hr per lb at 225-250. I wouldn't go above 275 unless you like a whole lotta black crust (Mr Black). You will also have a lot of wonderful burnt drippings in the dip pan to add that special flavor. To do it right takes all day - to do it fast could take 4-5 hrs but you won't have the best.[p]Tim[p]
