I have a bunch of bone-in chicken breasts I want to cook, was thinking of using a second grate and "stacking" the chicken so I can cook more at one time...any suggestions or problems with doing this? Also this is my first attempt at chicken parts, any suggestions on cooking times/temps? Thanks!

steve,[p]The key is going to be to rotate everything alot since the lower level will cook faster since its in direct line of the radiation from the flames. [p]Tim

Tim M,Thanks, that makes sense, I had to improvise the second grate and really pay attention to the heat, but it workout out...seems to do better on lower temperature, heats both levels more evenly.
