Cooked up a few chicken breasts last night using two different marinades. For the first, I mixed up some soy sauce, powdered ginger and minced garlic. The second was a simple mix of zesty italian and 12 shakes of garlic tabasco.[p]I started them off on the egg with a some of around 300 and eventually let the temp run up to 425. I was moving and flipping every 5 or 8 minutes to keep from burning or overcooking.[p]In the end, they were delicious! I prefered the soy, and the wife liked the italian (they weren't spicy hot at all). Next time I'll add some cayenne and see if I can't kick up the heat.[p]I picked up 5 racks of baby backs last night on sale for $1.69 a pound. The weekend menu is really coming together![p]Rollll Tide![p]B~F
