Howdy!
I have 2 lamb chops, 1.5 inches thick. I slathered with mustard (love that stuff), and coated with a rub I threw together...tellicherry pepper, rosemary, thyme, salt.[p]Just about to go fire up junior. Should I cook like a steak?? 650 for 3 minutes a side, and a short dwell??[p]Thanks!
Going nuts as I have another 4 days of withdrawal coming....will visit Toronto, and hope to hook up with Earl and BBQfan1.

Well, I did them 2.5/2.5 at 650 with a 10 minute dwell, and they were fantastic. The kids helped me gobble them down.
