Made pizza for the first time tonight. Followed Spin's directions and read many of your post and thoughts about it. Also went ahead and bought the peel as many of you recommended, it was well worth the drive to Target.[p]The family loved the first three, but refused to try the last one. That was the one with anchoivies that was unreal with my Heineken.[p]Thanks again for all of your help. Frank
