I tried GFW's Teriyaki Steak recipe last night. For those of you who haven't seen it, it's a very simple recipe which yeilds delicious results.
Combine the following:
1 Can of frozen Pineapple Juice concentrate
1 can (use the pineapple juice can to assure even portions) Teriyaki or soy sauce
1 can of burgundy[p]marinate steaks in the above mixture for 24-48 hours and then cook as you would any other steak.[p]I marinated some 1.5" sirloins for 48 hours, and after cooking them I could literally cut them with a fork. I threw them on the egg at 650 degrees for a two minute sear per side, then allowed them to dwell for another 7 minutes. They were delicious. Again, a meal with no leftovers! Clearly another favorite among my family. Thanks, GFW!

bdavidson, thanks for the nice comments but the original post was made by Hank (Hanker'n2Grill) - It's a great recipe.[p]

OOPS! My apologies to Hankerin! I certainly want to give due credit to the original source. Thanks to you to Gfw for drawing both his recipe and my faux pas to my attention!
