Enchilada sauce - recepe

Easy Enchilada sauce

3 T OIL
1 T FLOUR
1/4 C CHILI POWDER
2 C CHICKEN STOCK
10 OZ TOMATO PASTE
1 t OREGANO
1 t CUMIN POWDER
1/2 t SALT

Heat oil and flour.
Stir til smooth, cook for 2 min.
Add chili powder and all other ingredients, stirring to combine
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 min.
