Suggestions for shrimp stuffed tilapia

i bought some shrimp stuffed tilapia from costco. the first one was cooked on soapstone at about 350º. it burnt on the bottom. any cooking suggestions?

This is the way I cook shrimp stuffed chicken breast and they always turn out good...Hope this helps.

<p />Groundfish, We do these all the time. Try direct, elevated grid @350º to 375º for about 40-45 min. No flipping necessary (too fragile anyway). We use a piece of guava and/or hickory, gives it a nice taste. The perforated pan lets the bottom get a little crusty along with the top. We use a little Ragin River on top.
