Game day meal

Here is the game day meal: tri-tip cooked to 135 internal at 325 dome temp. organic cornbread (in oven, still need that other egg!)and a pot of Texas Red chili in the new dutch oven.

Oh yeah, forgot the chicken breasts for my wife, Texas Red is a little too hot for her.
