Costco had bone in pork roasts over the holidays and still had a few last week. These resembeled prime rib cuts. They were frenched and looked rather interesting. Grabbed one up to try.[p]I cooked it just like I would a prime rib -- 500+ degrees indirect to start, close everything down until temp falls to 300 degrees. Then cook at 300 until internal hts 150. Rest 10 minutes and watch temp rise to 160. Carved like big pork chops. WOW, were these good. Very moist, tender and tasty.[p]If you like pork, this is the best.
