How do you get the camera emblem to appear when you attach pictures to your posting?

    Louisiana Redneck,
That's not OT. When you post an image URl in the section titled that it puts the camera icon. When you post pictures in the body of the message it does not.

    Bobby-Q,
How do you post within the body of the message? I see some that show step by step on the same post that look really great.

  • ronbeaux,[p]If a guy wanted to post 3 pictures, he'd: [p]sign up for photobucket. [p]put the html line in the Optional image url line. that generates the photo icon.[p]Then copy and paste the IMG line of text directly into the body of the message and there you have it. A photo icon plus multiple photos in one post.[p]HTH.[p]: ) [p]p.s. Nice table, madsapper. Too bad you can't get him to make my baby gates, although I'd settle for a redwood table for TWO large eggs that's just like yours. LOL

    Dos Huevos,
Personally I find the explanation easier if you just say that when using Photobucket use the first line which is labeled "URL" for single picture posting in the alternate box and use the second line which is labeled "Tag" for multiple post within the text. Furthermore when you are posting multiples if you separte them with
that will cause a break to happen so you can label each picture -otherwise they just all run together.

    ronbeaux,
B I N G O - you got it! BTW if you limit your pix to 640 they show the best and makes it easier for all the softwares used to view the BGE site easier.

    RRP,
Thanks! I need to read the manual again for my camera. Everything I take is too big. I've punched every button on it trying to get it to take smaller pictures but haven't found the right one yet.[p]I'll figure it out!

  • RRP,[p]Great call and you're right. All of my blather was a much harder way to say the same thing.[p]Thanks.

confounded computer out smarted me again and didn't print what I typed in. When you want to make a break between pictures type in this but without the spaces < B R >
