Happy New Year Fellow Eggors I have been away from the boards for some time due to over seas Business. Man oh man Did I Miss Beth = (B.G.E ) I Purchased a Pork Shoulder about 8lbs and was hoping for a good recipe and one question answered. The Shoulder has the skin still on it. Do I leave the skin on or off!
