Advice on Chicken Temps
Hey -
Doing a variation of "Smoke & Spice's" honey mustard chickens this afternoom. Two 3.5 ponders on chicken sitters, rubbed, slathered & injected. Most of the chicken recipes I come across recommend temps in the mid 200's, but I seem to recall some folks recommend low to mid 300's for crispy golden skin. Advice???? Plan to go with 325 unless persuaded otherwise.....

Although I prefer to run about 280F, 325F should be good too.

I cook my chickens at around 300. 325 will be fine. You'll be delighted with the results! Let us know how it turns out for you.
