Can you do crab legs on the BGE?

I love crab legs and I am wanting to do them with red snapper fillets. Is it even possible to do legs on the BGE and if so at what temp and how long? Thanks

    Kough,
I do not think that Crab Legs will hold up an egg. Ha.[p]I have not cooked crab legs on the egg, but if I had to guess, I would go for high temperature burn. I cook shrimp for about a minute a side at 700.[p]Before you cook the whole lot, I would try one set of crab legs for about two minutes per side and see how they come out and adjust from there.[p]Hope this helps,
