TRex or anyone,
What is "Porter Style", just winged it on the mustard tonight and used an old style whole grain the wife bought.
Sure would like to know for future reference.
Thanks,
Chasb

I hope TRex returns soon to answer your question because I would like to know exactly what brand he uses too. As far as I know "Porter Style" means it is usually a dijon mustard made with white wine. There is a difference in the milling also - stone ground or they leave the seeds whole. What's the old saying "try it, you'll like it"! Hope your next one turns out great.Judy
