I bought a 2 inch thick prime rib eye tonight, from Robert's Meats in Tampa, FL. Sprayed with olive oil, sprinkled with kosher salt and DP Red Eye Express, and TREXd to a wonderful medium rare. I don't think I'll ever buy a steak at a restraunt again. Sure am glad I have small egg at the temporary Tampa headquarters. My family is still up in Augusta, GA with my large egg. Sorry no pictures the camera is in Augusta.[p]Anybody want to buy a house in Augusta, GA :-)[p]John
