Well, I did it! I broke in my new egg with QBabes pork tenderloin and redeye bbq recipe, it was a complete success! I had a little trouble at first maintaining proper temperature, but finally got it under control. I started about 2 hrs. early in preperation for that. Thanks to everyone for the help and advice.

Big Greek,
Wasn't that great?!!!
Just so happens that is what I'm making this Sunday too. BTW that sauce - if you have any leftover - also works well on beef too.

Big Greek,[p]Pork tenderloins are a great first cook. We also just had some, but instead of the coffee crusted ones, we used Ken Stone's Witchy Red on them. Turned out WONDERFUL!!![p]Glad you enjoyed them!
