tri tip roast

Today I fixed a 3 lb tri tip beef roast. It was semi frozen. Covered with mustard and rub. Put it on the Egg at 275 for 4 hours. it was very good. Even had a little pink for ol dad. It was very tender and juicy. Didn't know what to expect since it was half frozen but that did not seem to make any difference. tstick
