Dr. Chicken I want to thank you for posting your complete Double smoked ham recipe just before Christmas. I made it your way....not mine and I have to say it was the best ham I've ever had. I did an 18 lbr. and it took about 9 hrs pulled it at 147 degrees and let my guests have at it. You got great reviews from them all. Thanks again!! Mik
