I hope everyone is enjoying a healthy, happy holiday season. I thought I'd pass along a picture of my first beef roast in the egg. We had a large turkey, a ham, and this 4 lb. standing rib roast. The roast was the only one done in the egg, using Mad Max's method (many thanks, Max, it's great). The guests were amazed at the taste and tenderness of the roast - it was superb. I'm still pretty new at it, and every cook with the egg continues to amaze me. [p]Cheers,

The part after the ? in it are instructions to the website's programming about which photo to display (the albumID and photoID). However, the URL of the photo itself would have ".jpg" in it somewhere, probably at the end. When I post a photo, the photo resides on my website, so the URL looks like this:[p]http://www.nakedwhiz.com/photos/20racks.jpg[p]I hope this and the web page help.
