<p />Hi everyone:
I hope everyone is enjoying a healthy, happy holiday season. I thought I'd pass along a picture of my first beef roast in the egg. We had a large turkey, a ham, and this 4 lb. standing rib roast. The roast was the only one done in the egg, using Mad Max's method (many thanks, Max, it's great). The guests were amazed at the taste and tenderness of the roast - it was superb. I'm still pretty new at it, and every cook with the egg continues to amaze me. [p]Cheers,
