Getting ready to cook 22 pound turkey using Mad Max's recipe. He says to cook at 325. Is this dome or grid temperature? Does 15 minutes a pound sound about right? [p]Thanks

    If I remember right, the answers to your questions are:
    1) Dome temp
    2) Yes, about 15 per pound, but it's a good idea to start checking a good bit earlier than that.[p]Merry Christmas!
