<p />Here's a pic of what it looked like as I began to slice. Very moist and full of flavor. Now I want a circular meat slicer. What great sandwiches this will make. Everyone should try this simple rewarding cook. Thanks Nature Boy and Wess B for getting us started on this cook![p]Jimbo
