Pork Loin
HELP!!!! I have a 8lb Pork Loin and need a quick and good Grilling Recipe... Have guests coming over on a short notice.. Any help would be great

you might try cutting it in half and cooking it direct. Here is how i do 'em.
Hope you still have time! Enjoy the cook. You'll like them this way as long as you don't overcook! (cook to 140-145 internal then rest)
