Just picked up 2 CAB TBones about 1 & 1/2 thick from Schnucks. Going to sear at about 700 degrees for 3 minutes a side. Shut down to dwell for about 8 minutes to a medium rare state. These were $5.99 a lb. Serve with salad and bake potato. life is good.

I've been telling my son that is round steak for years now. You know, the new found expensive cut of meat somewhere between the Del Monico (Porterhouse) and the rib eye![p] He gets one everytime we fire up the grill! lol...
