    Green Smoker,You need to take out all internal guts so you are able to unscrew nuts on inside. Once nuts off you can pull out bolts and pry off old rusty(I assume) door. Scrape off all old sealant then put on new sealant and reverse all of above. Good Luck. It is easy and you might feel like taking a picture as it beautifies Mr Egg. Sort of like new hub caps on a car.
