Morning All:[p]The much better half stopped and got some small prepared shish-ka-bobs from Publix for dinner tonight. Two with chicken and three with beef. I put a different rub on each one, the chicken ones got Gilded Splinters and Raging River, the beef ones got Witchy Red, Cow Lick and RedEye Express.[p]Waiting on the Mini to heat up:[p][p]It was a full load on the mini, but it did a great job. [p][p]I got busy at the end and they almost went a little too long, but the final product was still quite tasty:[p][p]I'll have to use the mini more often for meals for just the two of us.[p]Have a GREAT day!
