Alrighty then. Makin' good time. Bird is brining. Prep is done for stuffing. Egg is set up. Yams are cooling out on the deck (gotta remember to bring 'em in or the raccoons will have a very happy thanksgiving). Could probably do a few more things, but have run out of ziploc bags. So, horror of horrors, time to retire to a glass (or 4) of wine.
