Cooking a Stuffed Turkey
Can you cook a stuffed turkey on the BGE? The recipes I've reviewed here suggest you put some herbs, spices, etc. under the bird's skin instead of stuffing the turkey cavity? We have a great family stuffing recipe which I'd like to use, but in order to do so, will need to stuff the bird's cavity. Thanks for your help!

Duffy Ryan,
you bet you can. i did a turkey, bout an 18 poundr'stuffed with a bread, celery, parsley, and onion type tradit'l type stuffing. took about 8-8.5 hrs at 350 dome temp.indirect. no smoke chips added however. because the turkey will soak up any smoke and u don't want too much smoke flavor

So a stuffed turkey is about 25 mins. per pound at 350?
